How does IPTV Subscription Work?

1) Android TV box / Android Phone

Iptv smarters pro or any other APP can input Xtream code.

2) iOS system(Smart Phone, TV Box or Laptop PC)

Pls download "Iptv smarters player" from APP store, trail code and URL link will be sent

3) PC

If use PC to watch IPTV, Pls download VLC ect media player, add our M3U link inside is ok

4) Smart TV:

Like Samsung & LG TV, Pls download “SMART IPTV”, trail code will be sent

5)  MAG box:

Like MAG 250, 260. 254 etc , give us MAg device mac address to active trail. If you have status “Your STB is blocked. Call the provider“. Maybe your MAC address is not active. Please contact us. We will add MAC address for you.

After have been installed the APP,you can let us send you username, password and url

A4: Yes. You can print your logo, company name on the products or package, the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. You can also send us the artwork by email in AI or CorelDraw format. Anyway, we accept OEM and ODM service!

Q5: What is the Warranty for our android smart tv box?

A5: All products have 3 year warranty. If there is no man-made problem, we will replace or repair for you freely. we own the best quality control department and professional sales team, if any problem happen,our team wil do our best to solve for customers. 

Q6: How long will my order received?

A6: DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it\\\\'s about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.
